How do I get Premium back on a new phone?

Open the menu, then Ambiences, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the page. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Premium with. Reinstalling the app works the same way.

Where does what I write go?

Nowhere. Your words exist on the screen until you release them, then they are gone. They are not saved on your phone and not sent anywhere, so nobody can read them, and nobody can bring them back either, not even us. The privacy policy has the details.

How do I turn the sound off?

Open the menu, then Preferences. Sound, music and vibrations each have their own switch. Your phone’s volume buttons work too.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds:

• iPhone: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose I’d like to, then Request a refund. Apple explains the steps on its support page.
• Android: on play.google.com, open your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, Budget & order history, and Report a problem next to the order. Google explains the steps on its help page. After 48 hours, Google may ask you to contact us: write to us and we will sort it out.
